In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below. References to "sulit77", "we", "us", or "the Platform" refer to the operator of sulit77.vip, duly authorized by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). References to "you", "the Player", or "the User" refer to any individual who accesses or uses the sulit77 platform in any capacity.

2.1 Age Requirement. Access to sulit77 is strictly restricted to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of registration. This requirement is mandated by PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. By registering on sulit77, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. sulit77 will verify age through KYC documentation prior to processing any withdrawal. Any Account found to have been registered by or on behalf of an individual under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all funds will be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to the appropriate authorities.

2.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) Account on sulit77. Registration of duplicate or multiple Accounts by the same individual, whether using the same or different personal details, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers, is strictly prohibited. sulit77 reserves the right to close all Accounts identified as belonging to the same individual and to forfeit any balances held in such Accounts without notice or compensation.

2.3 Accurate Information. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, and mobile number. Any material change to this information must be updated promptly in your Account settings or by notifying sulit77 support. sulit77 is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep account information current.

2.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. sulit77 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify sulit77 immediately at [email protected].

2.5 KYC Verification. KYC verification is required before sulit77 will process any withdrawal from your Account. Acceptable identification documents include: Philippine National ID (PhilSys), passport, LTO driver's license, SSS ID, GSIS ID, PRC license, voter's ID, and postal ID. sulit77 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time for compliance purposes.

3.1 Currency. All transactions on sulit77 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). sulit77 does not process transactions in foreign currencies. No foreign exchange fees or currency conversion charges are applied by sulit77, though your payment provider may impose their own charges.

3.2 Accepted Deposit Methods. sulit77 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), QR Ph (all participating Philippine banks), GrabPay, BPI bank transfer, BDO bank transfer, Metrobank bank transfer, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ cash deposits. The minimum deposit is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier and are displayed in the Cashier section of your Account.

3.3 Deposit Finality. Deposits credited to your sulit77 Account are deemed final and non-reversible once processing is confirmed. If a deposit does not appear in your Account within fifteen (15) minutes, contact sulit77 support with your transaction reference number before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. Unilateral chargebacks without prior notification to sulit77 may result in Account suspension pending investigation.

3.4 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals are available only to Accounts that have completed KYC verification. sulit77 reserves the right to request additional identity or source-of-funds documentation before processing withdrawals exceeding ₱50,000 in any rolling 30-day period. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within twenty-four (24) hours, with GCash and Maya withdrawals usually completing within fifteen (15) minutes of approval.

3.5 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance. sulit77 operates in compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160), as amended, and applicable AMLC regulations. sulit77 is obligated to report suspicious transactions and may be required to withhold withdrawal processing pending regulatory review. Funds deposited on sulit77 must originate from legal sources. Use of sulit77 for money laundering or any financial crime constitutes a criminal offence and will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

4.1 Bonus Eligibility. All bonuses and promotional offers on sulit77 are subject to specific terms stated at the time the offer is presented. These terms include the applicable wagering requirement (expressed as a multiplier, e.g., 30× means you must wager thirty times the bonus amount), eligible games, minimum qualifying deposit where applicable, time limit for meeting the wagering requirement, and maximum win cap where stated. Players are responsible for reading and understanding bonus terms before accepting any offer.

4.2 Bonus Abuse. sulit77 reserves the right to cancel any bonus, withhold associated winnings, and suspend or close any Account where sulit77 reasonably determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk wagering strategies specifically designed to fulfill wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, coordinating with other players to exploit promotional structures, and providing false information to qualify for an offer.

4.3 Bonus Funds vs. Real Funds. Where a Player's Account contains both real funds and Bonus Funds, sulit77 will apply real funds first to wagers unless the specific bonus terms specify otherwise. Bonus Funds are non-withdrawable until the associated wagering requirement is fully met. Expired or unmet Bonus Funds are forfeited automatically at the end of the stated validity period.

4.4 Amendments to Promotions. sulit77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with or without notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will not affect bonus funds already credited to Accounts prior to the change, subject to the original terms of the applicable offer.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on sulit77. Violation of any prohibition below may result in immediate Account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to PAGCOR and/or law enforcement authorities.

6.1 Game Integrity. All games available on sulit77 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live physical dealing equipment, independently verified by accredited testing laboratories. The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is available within the game's information panel or upon request. sulit77 does not manipulate game outcomes in any manner.

6.2 Wager Finality. Bets placed on sulit77 are final once the betting window closes. sulit77 will not reverse a settled wager except where a technical error demonstrably affected the outcome of a specific round and sulit77's investigation concludes that the outcome was invalid. In such cases, sulit77 will void the affected round and return staked amounts to Players' Accounts.

6.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay — including disconnection, server error, or platform outage — sulit77 will endeavor to restore the game to its pre-malfunction state where technically feasible. Where restoration is not possible, the affected wager will be voided and the stake returned. sulit77 is not liable for any consequential losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the directly affected stake.

6.4 Dispute Process. Any dispute regarding game outcomes, transaction processing, bonus calculations, or Account status must be raised with sulit77 support within thirty (30) days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Players should submit disputes to [email protected] with their Account number, date and time of the disputed event, game or transaction reference, and a description of the issue. sulit77 aims to acknowledge disputes within two (2) business days and resolve them within fifteen (15) business days. Disputes not raised within the 30-day window will not be entertained.

6.5 PAGCOR Escalation. If a Player is not satisfied with sulit77's resolution of a dispute, the Player may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official dispute resolution channels. sulit77 will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR investigation and abide by PAGCOR's determination.

7.1 Player Protection Tools. sulit77 is committed to responsible gaming. All Players have access to the following self-imposed control tools through their Account settings: deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), loss limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), wager limits, session time limits and alerts, cooling-off periods of 24 hours to 6 months, and self-exclusion for periods of 30 days to permanent exclusion.

7.2 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to exclude themselves from sulit77 may do so through Account settings. Once a self-exclusion period is activated, it cannot be shortened or revoked before the expiry of the selected period. sulit77 will not send promotional communications to self-excluded Players. Players seeking exclusion from all PAGCOR-licensed operators may apply to PAGCOR's national self-exclusion registry.

7.3 Underage Protection. sulit77 requires KYC age verification and does not knowingly permit minors to use the Platform. If a Player is found to be under 21 years of age, their Account will be immediately closed, all funds will be returned to the originating payment source, and the matter will be referred to PAGCOR.

All content on sulit77.vip, including but not limited to the sulit77 brand name, logo, game titles developed by or exclusively licensed to sulit77, website design, software, text, graphics, and database structures, is the intellectual property of sulit77 or its licensors and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, recreational gaming purposes. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or commercial exploitation of sulit77 content without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

sulit77 collects, processes, stores, and shares personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. By registering on sulit77, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. Data is shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, PAGCOR and regulatory authorities as required by law, and fraud prevention services.

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, sulit77's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your sulit77 Account at the time the claim arose.

10.2 sulit77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the Platform, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, even if sulit77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10.3 sulit77 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access the Platform at your own risk and are responsible for ensuring that your device and connection are protected against malware and unauthorized access.

10.4 Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits sulit77's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

sulit77 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be notified to registered Players via the email address or mobile number on file at least seven (7) days before the amended terms take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by applicable law or PAGCOR regulatory direction. Continued use of the sulit77 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not accept amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may withdraw any balance from your Account prior to the effective date.

This Agreement shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement, subject to the dispute resolution procedure set out in Section 6.4 above and applicable PAGCOR regulatory processes.

If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of sulit77 to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of future enforcement of that right or provision.
